PCCI, what a triumph at Misano Adriatico!

Dinamic Motorsport triumphed in both races on the programme with Bristot, the star of the second round of the Porsche Carrera Cup Italia season; there were also positive results from Delli Guanti, D’Amico, Mezzetti and Cheli...

Misano Adriatico (ITA). Dinamic Motorsports’ weekend at the Misano Adriatico circuit, the venue for the second round of the Porsche Carrera Cup Italia, ended on a generally positive note. Between pole positions, victories, comebacks and valuable points secured, the team’s drivers proved themselves to be key players in an intense and eventful weekend. There was great satisfaction for Andrea Bristot, who enjoyed a flawless weekend, crowned by two pole positions and two victories. A result that confirms the driver’s excellent form and the competitiveness of the technical package provided by the team. Important points were also secured by Pietro Delli Guanti, who had a challenging weekend but one that proved useful in consolidating his second place in the championship. The driver is now looking ahead with determination to the upcoming rounds, aiming to further close the gap to the top. It was a more complex, yet still productive, weekend for Lorenzo Cheli, hampered by less-than-perfect qualifying but who reacted well in the race with two comebacks that allowed him to return to the points. There were also encouraging signs for Andrea D’Amico, who, after a difficult Saturday, managed to bounce back in the second race, demonstrating determination, pace and maturity in his race management. It was a disappointing weekend for William Mezzetti, however, who staged a remarkable comeback in Race 1, only for it to be cut short by a crash that ruined what could have been a very positive result. The team ends the weekend with significant results, technical confirmation and positive signs ahead of the upcoming races.

Andrea Bristot: “Securing two pole positions and two wins is an extremely positive result. I can’t help but feel very satisfied with the work we’ve done and the performance we’ve shown over the weekend!”

Lorenzo Cheli: “Qualifying didn’t go as I’d hoped, and this inevitably affected how the races went. However, thanks to two good comebacks, I managed to get back into the points and end the weekend on a positive note after all!”

Andrea D’Amico: “After a tricky Saturday, the weekend ended in the best possible way. In Race 2 I managed to perform at my best, achieving a very satisfying result and leaving more experienced drivers behind me!”

Pietro Delli Guanti: “It was a challenging weekend, but I’m heading home with a good haul of points, which is important for consolidating second place in the championship. The aim remains to keep working with determination to aim for the top right from the next rounds!”

William Mezzetti: “It was an uphill struggle this weekend, but in Race 1 we managed to put a really competitive car on the track, which allowed me to mount a fine comeback. Unfortunately, a crash ruined the good work we were doing, but that’s racing. We’ll build on the positives that emerged over the weekend.”
