Monza (ITA). The Porsche Supercup season came to an end at Monza, once again full of excitement and high-speed battles for the three Dinamic Motorsport cars. At the Temple of Speed, Dirk Schoten confirmed his competitiveness with an excellent qualifying session, compromised only by a small mistake at Ascari. After a good start from the fifth row, damage to the splitter in the early laps affected his race, which he finished in twelfth place overall and third among the Rookies. Aldo Festante fought hard, recovering positions to finish in fourteenth place and score points. Filippo Fant, on the other hand, had an unfortunate debut, having performed excellently since free practice but being forced to retire during the race. Dinamic Motorsport thus ends an intense season, determined to return even more competitive next year.
Filippo Fant: “The weekend started positively, with good feelings right from free practice and a pace that put us in the top 15. The trend was encouraging in qualifying too, but a red flag in the second phase prevented me from completing my best lap. I got off to a solid start in the race, but then contact with an opponent forced me to retire. It's a shame because the potential was high. We remain focused and ready to give our all in the upcoming Porsche Carrera Cup Italia races!”.
Aldo Festante: “We end the 2025 Porsche Supercup season on a high note. It has been a challenging year, given the injury at Imola that kept us out of action for a while, but we have consistently scored points, except at Spa. This shows that we have worked well with the team and made progress compared to last year, despite the very high level of competition in the series. We know that details make the difference: on certain occasions we weren't so lucky, but that's racing, and we have to try to learn from it for the future!”.
Dirk Schouten: “Qualifying went very well: we had the pace to fight for pole position, but a small mistake at Ascari cost me a few tenths of a second, and fifth row on the grid was still a good result. Unfortunately, in the race, the splitter broke in the early laps, compromising our performance. Without the speed needed to attack, I still pushed as hard as I could to the finish line, finishing third among the rookies and twelfth overall. This result does not reflect our true potential, but it motivates us to come back even stronger for the Porsche Carrera Cup Italia finale!”.
